Effective Date: 2026-05-14. This Service Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and related services of Xuzhou Shuobin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. By using our services, you agree to this Agreement and applicable laws.

- New energy technology development, technical consulting, technical services, and technology transfer.
- Energy storage technology services.
- Photovoltaic equipment/component sales, installation, and maintenance.
- Wind power generation equipment sales.
- Charging pile and charging facility sales, installation, and operation services.
- Accumulator battery and lithium battery sales and technical services.
- Power transmission, distribution, and control equipment sales.
- Electromechanical equipment, energy-saving and environmental protection equipment sales.
- New energy vehicle and accessory sales.
- Battery recycling technical consulting.
- Energy-saving technology promotion services and contract energy management.
- Hardware products, building materials, labor protection supplies sales, and domestic trade agency.
3. Digital Products and App Store Distribution
- Our mobile management applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful channels.
- Your use of store-distributed applications is also subject to the applicable store terms, developer policy, and device platform rules.
- In case of conflict between mandatory store policy and this Agreement, mandatory store policy and law prevail to the extent required.
- Feature availability may vary by country, region, device capability, regulation, and licensing model.
4. Account, Access, and Security
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities conducted under your account unless caused by our proven security failure.
- We may suspend or restrict access when there is risk of abuse, fraud, legal violation, or security threat.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use services in violation of law, sanctions, or regulatory restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, exploit, or disrupt service infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code, attack systems, or bypass security controls.
- Use services for deceptive advertising, illegal data collection, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Misrepresent company affiliation or authorization status.
6. Advertising and Monetization Terms for Apps
- App modules may include monetization through splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads where lawful and configured.
- Ad-serving and mediation may involve third-party partners such as Google AdMob and additional approved ad providers.
- Ad behavior may be adapted by region, consent status, age signals, and policy requirements.
- Users must not interfere with ad delivery integrity, click fraud controls, or measurement systems.
7. Age and Eligibility
- Enterprise services are intended for legally capable users and authorized representatives.
- Where local law sets digital age thresholds, users below the threshold must have verifiable parental or guardian authorization if use is permitted.
- Child-directed restrictions and age-based controls may be enforced depending on product configuration and jurisdiction.

- Late payment may result in service restrictions as permitted by contract and law.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is interpreted under applicable law determined by contract and mandatory legal principles. Disputes should first be escalated through good-faith negotiation via support@shuobinx.com. Where unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent courts or arbitration as agreed in specific commercial contracts and as required by law.
17. Updates to This Agreement
We may update this Service Agreement based on legal, operational, or policy changes. Updated versions become effective upon publication or as otherwise notified. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance, unless local law requires separate consent.

- Legacy feature retirement may occur with reasonable transition windows unless urgent legal or security constraints apply.
- Customer-specific contractual commitments, where signed, prevail over general statements in this section.
20. Compliance Monitoring and Audit Cooperation
- We reserve the right to monitor service usage to detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, and operational risk.
- Users agree to cooperate with lawful audit requests related to security incidents, compliance breaches, or contractual disputes.
- Where app-store or regulator obligations require remediation, users must support reasonable implementation actions.
- Failure to cooperate in material compliance matters may result in temporary restriction or termination as permitted by law.
